How we can help
Make sense of the next step.
You’ve seen what AI could do. The next question is what’s worth doing in your organisation, and how to make it work. We help you examine what you’ve tried, choose a useful change and build it with your team.
That might begin with a few experiments, a job that still takes too much chasing, or something promising you want to use more widely. We provide the advice and the hands-on implementation to take it further.
You can begin with the part you need. We’ll agree a useful piece of work and the decision it should help you make.
01 / How we can help
Work out what’s worth doing.
Perhaps one person uses AI for research, another drafts reports with it, and a third has an idea for something bigger. There’s plenty happening, but it’s hard to know what deserves more time. We help you look at those ideas against the work your team needs to do.
What we do together
- Walk through a recent job with the people doing it, including what they’ve already tried.
- Find where information goes missing, work repeats or someone has to wait.
- Agree what a worthwhile change would look like and choose what to try next.
What you leave with
A picture of how the job gets done, a shortlist of changes worth considering, and a proposal for the next step. You’ll have a reason for choosing it and a way to judge the result.
Your team’s part
Bring a few examples and the people who know the work. We’ll talk about what’s useful so far, what’s frustrating and what you need to be more confident about.
How we judge the change
We look at how the job works today: time spent, corrections, delays and what the person receiving it still needs. That gives us something fair to compare a change with.

Put a promising idea to work.
An AI-generated brief might look good on screen. The next question is whether it helps someone prepare for the meeting. We take a promising idea into the real job, with the people who will use it, and build the parts needed to make it useful.
What we do together
- Agree one job to improve, what the change should do and what information it may use.
- Build a working version and try the difficult examples as well as the straightforward ones.
- Make it clear who checks the result and how to finish the job when something goes wrong.
What you leave with
A working version of the agreed change, instructions for your team, and a record of what the trial showed. That includes what improved, what became harder and what needs another look.
Your team’s part
Your team tries it and tells us what we’ve missed. You decide what access is appropriate and which decisions need a person. We build and adjust it together.
How we judge the change
We compare it with the way you worked before, including mistakes, checking time and the effort of keeping it running. A faster draft only helps if the rest of the job works too.

Make useful changes last.
You’ve found something useful. Now a colleague needs to use it while the usual person is away, or another team wants to try it. We help make the knowledge, tools and checks easier to share, so using the change doesn’t depend on someone remembering every detail.
What we do together
- Connect the tools and information the agreed job needs.
- Write down what people need to know, who looks after each part and where to ask for help.
- Try the recovery route and agree when to review or change the way it runs.
What you leave with
Connected tools, usable instructions and clear responsibilities for running and maintaining the work. Where AI agents are useful, we define the steps they may take and the points where a person decides.
Your team’s part
We agree who looks after the work, who maintains the tools and who can stop or change them. We prepare the handover with those people; ongoing support is agreed separately.
How we judge the change
We look at how reliably the job gets done, how much help it needs and what it costs to run. The question is whether it stays useful in everyday work.
Talk through your situationWorking within your organisation’s rules.
For government teams, a useful idea also needs to fit the way decisions are approved and information is handled. We agree which tools and information can be used, who needs to review the work and what must be recorded. We work with the people responsible for those decisions in your organisation.
Be clear before we begin.
We’ll agree what we’re trying to improve, what we’ll advise on, what we’ll build, and who needs to be involved. We’ll also agree on timing, cost and who looks after the work afterwards. You should know what you’re taking on and what the next decision will be.
Let’s talk it through
What have you tried?
What’s next?
Tell us what looks promising, what’s getting in the way, or what you’re still trying to work out. A few sentences is plenty to begin.
